March 2 & 3, 2007 James Johann w/Kevin Patterson
In
1991, after being fired from several ‘McJobs’, James
began his standup career in Kansas City. But don't let
James’ boyish appearance fool you; he's a more than
ten-year veteran of the stand-up comedy circuit. His
self-deprecating sense of humor and high-energy style
all come together to create a unique onstage persona.
James relies more on his brain than the profane; his
comedy often hitting upon the universal theme of
failure, and providing a truthful and hilarious
reflection of life as he sees it.
In July 2004, James performed in the "New Faces Of
Comedy" category at the Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy
Festival. James was featured on Comedy Central’s
Premium Blend which aired in 2005.
Besides headlining comedy
clubs nationwide, James completed the 2003 "Paying For
The New Trailer" theatre tour starring Jeff Foxworthy &
Larry the Cable Guy.
James is now one of the three stars of The Slackers
Tour, the latest national tour from the producers of
"The Blue Collar Comedy Tour." The hilarious trio of
Reno Collier, James Johann and Pat Dixon is playing in
clubs, casinos, and
theatres across the country.

March 23 & 24, 2007 MIDNIGHT SWINGER w/ABDUL
Putting the show back in showman, the Midnight Swinger combines the style and cool of a ’60s Las Vegas performer with the flash and excitement of a 21st century Super Bowl halftime extravaganza. More than just a stand-up comedian, the Midnight Swinger is proud to be called a throwback entertainer. That’s right, an entertainer! The Swinger believes in more than just standing behind the microphone and telling jokes, and doing more than just a simple “comedy show.” The Midnight Swinger puts on a spectacle that leaves the audience LAUGHIN’, SINGIN’ and SWINGIN’, . The Swinger always wears the sharpest threads no matter where he is performing, and stylin’ and profilin’ with an oversized pompadour. The Swinger will be the first to tell you, “Damn, I Look Good,” his battle cry before, during and after every show.
COME March 30 & 31, 2007 Dan Grueter w/tba
When you're the youngest of eleven kids you either grow up to be crazy or just damn funny. Dan Grueter is a lot of both. Appearances on the "Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn (CBS), Friday Night (NBC), the syndicated radio program "The Bob and Tom Show" and numerous cable television appearances have made Dan one of the most popular touring comedians today. He's quick...he's clean...and by the end of the show you'll fee you've known him your whole life. Originally from Ohio, Dan spent years working clubs and colleges before breaking through in Los Angeles where he's been tapped for his performing and writing skills. Dan is currently working on his own show for NBC called "Be Careful What You Wish For."
